Where can I exchange or return an item?

You can exchange or return the goods within 14 days using the Nova Poshta delivery service.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept a return if the product has traces of use, has lost its presentation, if there are no tags on the clothes and a box on the shoes. Underwear, swimwear and hosiery are also non-refundable.

When contacting the Seller with a claim or return in cases established by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Buyer must provide:
a clean product, packed in a branded individual box;
all accessories;
proof of purchase of goods.

Can I try on clothes and shoes before paying for the order?

You can try on purchases at home and, if the size does not fit you, return it in our store.

Can I return an unsuitable product at the post office?

If you have chosen to pay by card or cash on delivery, you can cancel the entire order. Partial refund is not possible. If you want to refuse part of the items, you need to pay for the entire order and then issue a refund through the service.

Is it possible to try on delivery by courier?

Delivery of orders by courier is carried out to the entrance, but you can try on shoes and outerwear if you wish. In the case of cash payment, you can refuse items that do not suit you. In the case of payment by card, a partial return of the order by courier is not possible, but you can return the goods by contacting the service.

How to return a product?

If the product does not fit, you can return it by contacting the store by phone from the “Contacts” page.
